Wood benches are made out of redwood or ceder. By using redwood or cedar on benches your plants and/or vegetables won't be in contact with treated wood. They are a very attractive bench that will give you many years of service.

Galvanized welded wire coated with PVC offers strength, durability and a lower cost than the wood. They are also attractive. These benches offer an airy feel and can also be hung vertically for hanging types of plants, such as certain varieties of orchids.

PRICES

Lexan is an excellent material for your greenhouse. It is sturdy and its light transmission qualities are guaranteed against yellowing and cracking for ten years. However, we have installed this material on greenhouses that are now 15 years old and the Lexan is still performing well. Lexan offers various light transmission keeping your greenhouse from getting too hot. And it is not entirely transparent, which is beneficial for people who do not want the contents inside their greenhouse completely visible. In 8-m/m thickness, Lexan will handle a snow load of 30 lb. per square foot or about 2 feet of snow on the surface.

Tempered Glass is an excellent visual choice if your location is not too sunny.  Tempered glass allows 100% light transmission and is beautiful to look at. It is also strong and safe for your home environment. You can view the flora and fauna inside your greenhouse from the outside. However, if you choose glass and find your green house getting too warm, a shade cloth or cooling system are recommended.
